Who We Are

Built by Operators.
Not a Marketing Agency.

MedClinic Partners was founded by attorneys, pharmacists, and medical operators who spent years on the plaintiff side of mass pharmaceutical litigation — and then built the infrastructure they wished had existed when they were running clinics.

Our Origin

We Litigated Against Big Pharma.
Then We Built the Alternative.

Our principals spent over 15 years on the plaintiff side of mass pharmaceutical litigation — working cases against the largest drug manufacturers in the country. That experience gave us an unusually deep understanding of how pharmaceutical supply chains work, where they fail, and what licensed providers actually need to protect their patients and their practices.

When the GLP-1 and peptide markets exploded, we saw the same patterns: providers being underserved by opaque supply chains, patients being lost to compliance gaps, and clinic owners being left without the advisory infrastructure to navigate a rapidly changing regulatory environment. So we built MedClinic Partners.

Our Mission

To give licensed medical providers the supply infrastructure, patient recapture tools, and advisory expertise they need to operate compliantly, grow profitably, and exit on their own terms.

The Team

Every Discipline You Need.
Under One Roof.

We don't outsource the hard parts. Our team covers legal, clinical, financial, and operational disciplines — all with direct experience in the medical practice space.

JD / MBA Attorneys

Dual-credentialed attorneys with IRS experience who handle deal structure, regulatory compliance, and purchase agreements — with the financial fluency to negotiate terms, not just review them.

CPA & Tax Counsel

Certified public accountants who normalize EBITDA, structure transactions for maximum after-tax proceeds, and implement exit tax mitigation strategies including Puerto Rico Act 60.

Licensed Pharmacists (PharmD)

PharmDs with 503A and 503B compounding expertise who oversee supply chain compliance, product sourcing, and the clinical integrity of every compound we provide.

Medical Directors (MD)

Physician-level oversight on clinical protocols, IRB study design, and the medical standards that govern every product and program we offer to licensed providers.

M&A & Roll-Up Operators

Principals who have structured clinic acquisitions, roll-ups, and buyouts — with direct relationships to the private equity groups and strategic buyers actively acquiring in this space.

Patient Acquisition Specialists

Operators who have built and scaled patient acquisition programs for med spas, weight loss clinics, and telehealth platforms — and who understand the compliance constraints that govern outreach.
